📅 Return Period
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
- A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required
- Returns requested after 30 days may be declined
🚚 How to Start a Return
To begin your return, please email our customer service team at info@pamplonalights.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
Once approved, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions.
Important:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong or damaged item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
💸 Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable

🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order separately.
