📅 Return Period

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required
  • Returns requested after 30 days may be declined

🚚 How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered

Once approved, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions.

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong or damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

🔁 Exchanges
