1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States—no minimum order required.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days after processing. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped.
3. Do you also ship outside the U.S.?
We currently only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options soon.
4. Can I return my order?
Yes! You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
5. How do I start a return?
Send an email to info@pamplonalights.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the returns process.
6. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days via your original payment method.
7. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
8. What should I do if my item is damaged or delivered incorrectly?

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. PayPal is also accepted if activated.
